Just got a new Dell Precision laptop at work & was worried that I couldn’t get my displaylink dock to work… I got it up & running & now only have a virtualbox VM running Windows 10 Enterprise, so I can run MSSQL Management Studio for the rare times I need it. Got myself a triple HD screen beast now & the all important xscreensaver glmatrix 😉
However, I’m having to use the Teams web app & miss out on a Skype for Business & Teams voice, video & desktop sharing features, which disgusts me more than a little, that this couldn’t have been resolved…
I have an XPS 13… I recently moved all my boxen from Fedora 30, to EndeavourOS & have tweaked the settings so I’m happy as a pig in muck.
Yes. XFCE is a legend. Trustable. I used it on some of my second systems.
